Technical gases offer

We are engaged in the wholesale of technical gases. Our offer includes:

R-32 gas, also known as difluoromethane, is a fluorinated hydrocarbon used as an efficient refrigerant in various appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators.

GWP = 675

R-410A gas is a popular refrigerant used in air conditioning systems and heat pumps. It consists of two components: R-32 and R-125. It is classified as a refrigerant with low ozone depletion potential (ODP)

GWP = 2088

Gaz R-404A to popularny czynnik chłodniczy, stosowany przede wszystkim w systemach chłodniczych i zamrażarkach. Składają się na niego trzy składniki: R-125, R-143a i R-134a. Jest znany ze swojej wysokiej efektywności chłodniczej i doskonałej stabilności termicznej.

GWP= 3922

R- 407C gas is a popular refrigerant used in air conditioning systems and heat pumps. It is a mixture of three components: R-32, R-125 and R-134a.

GWP=1774

R-507A gas is a mixture of two components: R-125 and R-143a. It is used as a refrigerant in refrigeration systems and freezers, especially in those with high and medium temperatures.

GWP= 3985

R-134a gas is a popular refrigerant used in many air conditioning and refrigeration systems. It is known as a fluorinated hydrocarbon and its chemical formula is CF3CH2F.

GWP=1300

Chromatograph tests

We have our own laboratory equipped with a gas chromatograph, where we confirm the purity of each batch of goods delivered. If you need chromatograph tests or are interested in cooperation - please contact us.

F-Gas regulation

F-gas regulation includes various aspects:

The regulation sets a limit on the amount of F-gases that can be put on the market. It limits the production and availability of these substances, with the aim of reducing emissions.

The regulation sets strict standards for areas where fluorinated greenhouse gases can be used, such as refrigeration, air conditioning and insulation. It also introduces training and certification requirements for personnel handling these systems.

The regulation imposes an obligation to monitor F-gas emissions and report the results to national authorities and the European Commission. This allows for strict control of emissions and the application of countermeasures if limits are exceeded.

The regulation prohibits the use of certain fluorinated greenhouse gases in specific applications, such as new low-emission refrigeration equipment.

One of the aims of the regulation is also to promote alternative technologies and substances that have less impact on the environment and climate change.

The introduction of F-gas regulation is essential for the future of the planet, as it reduces greenhouse gas emissions, which can help curb climate change and protect the environment. The long-term goal is to reduce their impact on the environment and climate, which is important in the context of global warming and climate change.

Types of quotas

A quota for importing gas in bulk

Given once a year by the European Commission to both incumbent and new entrants

This quota can be used to import bulk gas, transferred to another company to import gas, or authorize a company to imprort HFC pre-charged equipment.

Authorizations

They can be used to import HFC pre-charged equipment or delegated to another company also to import HFC pre-charged equipment.

Delegations

They can be used to import HFC pre-charged equipment.

They cannot be transferred. Must be used by the beneficiary.

FAQ

GWP stands for "Global Warming Potential." It is a measure used to assess and compare the potential impact of various greenhouse gases on global warming over a specific time frame, typically 100 years. GWP is expressed as a numerical value relative to carbon dioxide (CO2), which has a GWP of 1 by definition.

A ton of CO2 equivalent (tCO2e) is a measure used to assess the global warming impact of fluorinated gases (f-gases) compared to carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. F-gases, such as fluorinated hydrocarbons (e.g., Freons), have a much higher greenhouse potential than CO2, meaning they can cause a stronger greenhouse effect per unit mass of gas emitted.The ton of CO2 equivalent is used as a unit of measurement that aggregates different greenhouse gases into a common measure, as if they were CO2 emissions. This allows for easier comparison of the global warming impact of different f-gases, since the conversion of their emissions to CO2 equivalent reflects their respective greenhouse potential.

According to Article 15, paragraph 2, if the amount of CO2 equivalent does not exceed 100 tons, you do not need a quota to import.

One of the most popular refrigerants used in air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump systems is R-410A. It is a fluorocarbon, which is a mixture of two components - pentafluoroethane (HFC-125) and difluoromethane (HFC-32). R-410A is widely used as a replacement for older refrigerants with high ozone depletion potential (ODP) and greenhouse gas potential (GWP), such as R-22.

Another popular refrigerant that is gaining popularity as an alternative to R-410A is R-32, or difluoromethane (HFC-32). R-32 is a single-component refrigerant, meaning it consists of only one chemical, making it more environmentally friendly than multi-component mixtures such as R-410A.

According to the EU Parliament and Council Regulation No. 517/2014, you need to have a quota to import gas or equipment pre-charged with R290. However, it is worth remembering that R290 has a very low GWP=3 and if the amount of 100 t eq. CO2 quota is not required (see question 3).
